Merchant Processing Inc. Aka Northern Leasing rip-off! Do not deal with this company at all! Bellevue

I was happy with my leasing company and merchant services inc. When I was visited by Jake Lowe who told me the that I would save money by switching to wholesale rates etc. I told him I had a lease agreement with another company. Answer: "NO PROBLEM" we buy out your old lease agreement! We'll even send you the box to send your old machine back to the company. I was adamant in stating that I wanted to be sure that I was getting my old lease paid for—he was annoyed!"Of course".

However, when he walked out I had ONE piece of paper with his business card attatched. He promised he would send all paperwork to me when he got back to the home office 1302 24th St. Billings MT 59102.in the meantime, I get my bank statement that has both lease charges (the old and new) on it.

I called my trusty salesman who never calls me back, I get a new guy who strings me along for 3 months—telling me how I need to get a buyout letter from the old company... So I do. And guess what—I do not have ANYTHING in writing—not even my lease agreement! I feel like a complete and utter fool. I am a successful business person who has been scammed. We need to do something about this company. Unfortunately, I stumbled upon this website too late.
