Capitol choice rip-off

I too was sucked into this scam. I sent the 43.00 and waited a couple months for the card to show-up only to find out it's not a credit card but a charge card and you can only purchase from their catalog. What a rip!!!

I have no intention of ever using it, I mean once bitten twice shy! It just sucked to lose the 43.00 right after all the holiday shopping too: (If there is a way to take these horrible people down I surely want in on it.
