Shady failed to pay ceditors

Started this help about 6 months ago. It's was to be agreed through me and to my bank, the amount i can afford. Everything goes fine untill now i have collections asking for thier money. That i am two payments late "SO far", still with these guys in hoping it's as bad as it seems, but am still reporting them" So i call Family credit Counseling corp. They say it's a glitch in there system, the money from some reason was sent back to FCCC... Then told me they sent it back to the bank and everything is ok... No... Collection calling my again...

SO, now i have this automatic withdraw with FCCC, so my money is being taken, yet the bank now is not seeing the payments. OK, so i call again, get the same message, the payment was sent to the bank, after being returned for whatever reason. Now it's because i didn't have the cash in my account... Its..!?!??!

So, i get out the paper work, and yes it says - if any problems, or if anyone calls, don't talk to them, have the bank call us "family credit blah blah " How shady is that, being when i told the collection to call this number so it can be figued out, they said they don't do that! Will not call!!! OOOOkk So i call again, "the credit helper haha" Now the lady is saying ohh, it looks like her your bank want's more cash a month, then what was aggreed i pay in the first place?!! But ok, if that is true then the bank is at least geting something right?!! NOPE... So yes this sucks. Looks like, i'm going to be losing money, time work to deal with this... YEs it's my fault i'm in debt, but should not have to go through this...
