Ripped off by

I received an offer in the mail for a $5,000 credit limit, supposedly with 12 months interest free. I sent off the $40.00 processing fee to activate my account. RIP-OFF!
What I recieved was a credit card for extremely over priced merchandise. One of the items was a Hewlett Packard color printer for $600-I can get the same freaking printer for $100 at Wal-Mart!!!
I realized that I have paid $40 for a cheap plastic card with my name on it, along with a catalog full of the same junk I can find at my local mall, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Circuit City, etc... I thought I was getting a REAL credit card.
