Capital choice consumer credit

I've been working to restore my credit for the past 3 years, finally i've gotten a few credit cards with minimal credit lines. I thought i finally got the break i've been working for i was approved for a new car, and cell phone with no deposit.

One day in the mail i recieved a offer to recieve a credit card with $5.000.00 limit with 0% finance charge for 1 year. I thought great i could transfer both my other balances to this 1 card and use that.

I sent in my 43.00 for express delivery and waited. I recieved a phone call that my credit card was on the way and that as a free gift i would recieve 1 free month of road side assistance for my car, if I choose not to keep it i could call and cancel it at any time.

Well the day arrived when i got a priority package in the mail from capital choice consumer credit. I opened it up and to my astonnishment there was a merchantise card with a catalog
of way over priced junk..

I have repeatedly tried to call the 800 number but have only gotten a busy signal. The only thing the only way I am going to be able to contact them is in writing which i have done. I have requested my monbey back in full and i canceled my road side assistance

I don't know if i can get any help i getting my money back but if any one could help me i would be very thankful.

P.S. The welcome letter i recieved wasn't even signed.
