Ripoff Has ANYBODY ever escaped EMC's terroristic practices?

I am a Superior Bank loan victim. (Are there any other Superior Bank loans left out there?) The feds shut them down in the FDIC took over then sold off our loan pool to EMC in 2002.

EMC immediately claimed that we were NINE months behind. Impossible. Unfortunatly - like all the other Superior loans - our payments were not applied during the FDIC's recievership.

I tried to prove those payments were made. But EMC only goes by THEIR information & told me to go prove it to the origionator (they were laughing when they said it)

For years I made more than double payments on their forebearance plans - trying so hard to get out of this trouble. Only to owe MORE at the end of the forebearance agreement. It's all their usual - force place insurance - screwed up escrow, payments split, suspense funds, They apply the western union payments when ever they get around to it - so even if you are on time - They can make you weeks late - No statements what-so-ever, so you can never tell if you have an issue or not. Proof of claim provided for BK13 desn't match their year end tax statements. Huge legal fees which of course differ from the additional attorney fees, multiple property preservation fees charged each month.

Over the past couple of years - I have seen hundreds of foreclosures on all these Superior Bank loans listed in the papers - LaSalle National bank as trustee for - did ANYBODY ever survive??? There were thousands of loans in these pools&what happened to all you people? Do ANY of you still have your homes??? Where any of you capable of refinancing in spite of the OWNER OF SUPERIOR BANK ALSO OWNING TRANSUNION CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY?
