Ripoff took $993 from me for security insurance and i never got the $10000 from them

I saw the ad in the news paper for guranteed aproval for the personal loan and since i didnt have any long term credit cards i decided to apply. I have applied and in the next 48 hours mildred vickerson called me and she said i can get the loan of $10000 but i have to pay the security insurance i agreed to pay the insurance policy of $992 since she told me the money is going to be deposited in my bank account in 24 hours after i paid the insurance. I have sent the money and called her to give her the 10 digit number from western union and since then i didnt recieve any calls from her. I called the cutomer service and they hung up on me then i paid legal services to find me a lawyer and the lawyer sent her a letter stating that she needs to refund my money in 10 days or the lawyer is going to take further action. And 20 days passed but i didnt recieve my money. This is big time scam so people be aware
