Recently reading the new Fairbanks complaints prompted me to warn all the ourraged out there that after 16 months of court action and tens of thousand of dollars we are no closer to punishing these scum that when we started. There is no telling how much money that they have spent but I can tell you that they are not worried about it. One of the partners in the law firm representing them sits in the White House as Pres. Counsel. Finally to anyone contemplating a class action, forget it. You will end up lawyer bait and won't get anything. Just ask the people in Mass. Case that got $100-400 after loosing their homes.
