Ripoff was told to send 99.95 for credit repair and loan

On dec. 22 i received a call from them. They said if i sent them 99.95 they would have a member of their so called support team contact me about a loan with a bank in new york. I have emailed them three times always coming back with lame excuses why they have not done nothing yet. Asked for refund have not heard nothing back at all.
