Ripped off almost Ripoff

I got another letter from this rip-off company today. I called my banker because I noticed something that didn't settle with me in the letter. "note: the 37$ is fully refundable with your first purchase using your $10,000 credit limit."

My banker said since they wanted the money up front and my bank had never heard of them before, it'd be wise to avoid them. Thank God for this site. It proved my banker right.

If your not sure, you can always talk to your bank. And, if it seems to be too good to be true, it probably really isn't true.
