Etc ripoff

I got this card in the other day and i called it up and activated for free i was approved and it says i can use it for free up till 14 days and told me i had a $6,500.00 credit line, and a fee of $199. Even through i have very bad credit cause i went bankrupcy last year over a credit card and some unpaided medical bills that i couldn't afford but any how i thought i would try this card out cause i wanted to rebuild my credit up like everyone else does that has bad credit problems. I haven't started using that card yet but after i made a stupid mistake of giving them my account number of my bank and SSN and when i did research now about and read all the rip offs i contacted my bank by email but if that don't work then i will go in the bank first think monday morning. I don't really know if i am doing this right or not buet can some one on here show me a sample of how to file a report on this Credit card company?
