Unexplained Charges Added to New Personal Loan Balance

On September 28, 2026, we gratefully accepted a personal loan from Citibank totaling $25,000.00. Since then, we have made two small payments, totaling $21.00, to test our payment setup.
In the last few days, however, there have been four undocumented increases to the balance, each roughly $10.00. They are not documented anywhere: there are no notations, no references, no transactions listed, and no explanations whatsoever.
We tried to use the Citibank online customer service chatbot, but it bluntly told us it would not deal with a loan inquiry. We were advised to use their 800 number, but were unable to get through. We will try again. We would simply like this balance corrected and the mistakes to stop.
