My complaint is regarding the checking out process, I asked for my receipt, and at first I received a receipt with my 65.00 charge on it, I reminded the person that I had a pet, so he had to re do the receipt , and the new receipt only had the pet charge, he took the other receipt from me and stated “ I can’t let you have this one, I’m not supposed to”
I was given no reason I couldn’t get my room receipt, but I did receive my 20. Pet receipt. I can only say after reading reviews, it appears this place will add charges to your room receipt after you leave, stating things like room damage.
I just find it suspicious what went on 20 minutes ago with my check out. I will be checking my banking statements regarding this, guaranteed..
I’d also like to include accommodations that were not accommodating at all.
No ice , only one machine on floor 2 and as I said no ice. At all.
Cool to cold shower. Both my wife and I took showers 15 - 20 minutes apart from each other and my shower 6:45 am started warm and in less than 3 or 4 minutes it was cool , then inshowerable cold.
My wife’s shower was actually at 6:20 ish, and hers was 100 percent cold. I don’t get it.
Breakfast, the juice machine did not work, at all, no substitutions, had 2% milk that was no longer good to taste. So besides coffee, there was nothing to drink, were not a high maintenance people at all, but I think anyone would agree these things are not acceptable for a hotel.
I don’t know how you may want to reach me, but if you do my phone number is correct, but my address is on the receipt says Norwalk Ct, that’s not correct either, and the check in person did take my id, and I’ll say he was very nice.
