Paid $45,000 Acceptance Fee, Then Lender Avoided My Calls

I was offered financing by Mr. Emil Ackerman, the owner of National Commercial Funding Pty Ltd, trading as PSG Capital (Australia). I paid him $45,000.00 as an Acceptance Fee based on his unconditional offer.

Just after the fee was paid, he started to avoid my phone calls and emails. His threatening behaviour, stating he would disclose all my personal details, is totally unacceptable under any circumstances.

My research has uncovered a serpent's pit. He has no capital to lend and doesn't even own a house. Do not deal with him under any circumstances whatsoever.
