Payment processor withheld payout and ignored support tickets

Poor customer service when it comes to payout.

I paid 36000 INR to get the account and have charged 4000 euros on the account.

It has been 3 weeks and no one is replying to the email about the payout.

Earlier it was showing sales on my dashboard, now I just have 316 euros on the dashboard.

No one is replying about where my money has gone.

Fraud company.

Every time I submit a ticket, an auto-responded mail hits my mail id and says we will get back to you in the next 48 hours, but their 48 hours have not yet completed in the last 2 months.

+49-0305-679-6790 and +1-646-586-2771 are not reachable numbers.
