Constant Repossession Threats and Higher Payment for Insurance Already Held

The people of Vanderbilt are VERY RUDE & always have been from day one.
They threaten with repossessing constantly. Payments have always been made on time since 1996 & I just recently went through a separation & got behind a little. I know they DO NOT have hearts!
They also told us that our payments would never go over $500.00, well another of their lies. They said it was to pay for insurance WHICH we already had & sent them proof! They still took the extra $...
We are now going to talk to the Federal Trade Commission plus a lawyer to see exactly how & what Vanderbilt gets away with.
I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!
