Took advance payments for financing and never refunded

Ripped our company off for $3,600.00. They promised to finance equipment. We mailed them the first and last payment in advance. The financing was never funded. They promised a refund but we never got it. We filed a complaint with the Orange County District Attorney, the Better Business Bureau, and others. Warning: do not try any business dealings with Tri-Cities.
