David Anderson First & Last Payment RIP-OFF

Shane Carwin of Tri-Cities Financial dealt with me, he contacted me and approved financing a crane, said it was approved and said the bank was requiring the first & last payment, so I sent it to him for about 9K USD. After they cashed the check all I got was the run around and empty promised of a refund. I want to prosecuite, or file suit but suit is not worth the effort & cost which they prey on. If you have had simumlar experiences contact me and maybe we can prosecuite them together.
