Money Taken Back Months After Sale, No Buyer Help Either

I am very glad to see there are so many bad reviews for PayPal on here. Anyone using them for business must beware!

We have an online store and were using PayPal as a payment method (never again!). Someone made a large purchase, and we sent the order. Three months later, we received a notification from PayPal about the purchase. They just took the money off our account and, after months of going back and forth, decided to be on the buyer's side. Meanwhile, we had fulfilled the order and had also sent through all the necessary proof.

A few months later, it happened the other way around: I was a buyer and never received what I paid for. Of course, PayPal said it was too late and did absolutely nothing to help.

So whether you're a buyer or a seller, please beware! And phoning PayPal is just another story. No matter what you say to them, they just repeat the same thing they have been told to say. It's maddening! I told them the service was awful, and all they could say was "Yes, thank you for your feedback."
