No Security for Seller or Buyer! Shocking!

I am very glad to see there are so many bad reviews for Paypal on here.

Anyone using them for business must BEWARE!!!

We have an online store and were using Paypal as a payment method (Never will again!)
Someone made a large purchase for about R we sent the order and 3 months later receive a notification from Paypal that the purchase was! They just took the money off our account and after months of going back and forth decided to be on the buyers side (Meanwhile we had fulfilled the order and had also sent through all the necessary proof).

A few months later it happened the other way around where I was a buyer and never received what I paid for, of course Paypal said it was too late and did absolutely nothing to help.

So whether you're a buyer or a seller please beware!!! And phoning Paypal is just another story!!! No matter what you say to them they just repeat the same thing that they have been told to say -it's maddening!
I told them the service was awful and all they could say was "Yes thank you for your feedback"
