I am retired and get paid once a month, on the first. The due date on my credit card was changed to the 28th of the month. I have been charged a late fee of $35.00 every month since they changed the due date without my knowledge. I called and ask them to change it back to the 1st part of the month, I was told they could not do that. Unfair practices run amok at this bank. I will never use them again, and I think Kroger should find another back to issue their cards through. I canceled the card, and will pay their fee once last time, to pay it off.
