I got up to 330, then wanted to claim my earning. Firstly I had to complete survey which I did, where you could win a cellphone. Then the company started deducting R6 per day from my airtime. I lost R12 in total. I went back to open payment option. It keeps on showing that I still had to complete the survey. So I send them an e-mail to [Email Removed] I receved a failure notice which read: Remote host said: 550 No Such User Here [RCPT_TO]
Is there any law that protect us from such?
