Is breaking the law

Capital one is breaking the law they have been calling my house at 8 am everyday this week and I'm getting tired of it the law states that the are not supposed to call until after 9 am but the claim that the are on an autodailer and that the computer doesn't know the difference so my suggestion to you is not to do any business with this company they are a total rip off the also don't care about their customers thats why they charge all those fees and won't work with you if you mess up once and then marking people late when they really aren't.
