Reward not received

I have purchased flowers from FTD using TapJoy link from the game I play on my iPhone. It all went smooth as no double charges and the transaction completed successfully. I didn't get my reward. Followed up with them and they said they notified the vendor and said that 3-5 business days. I have received the flowers, credit card transaction has been final and it's been 18 days since. Not responding to my follow up e-mails.
Total jerks.
