Scammed me, refuses to give out large offer completion rewards

I have completed many of their offers and always have to complain to receive my reward. I completed a very expensive paid offer and because the company waited to charge me (the receiver I wanted wasn't available till the 20th the company still didn't charge me til the 30th not my fault) they said it didn't count Tapjoy got paid but wont give me my reward even after I spent over a 100$ No where did they state a time limit!
