Will not award diamonds for My SInging Monsters - TapJoy

Tapjoy has several ways of submitting a report of missing currency or diamonds in my case for your apps. Mine is My Singing Monsters.
They will never award you the diamonds missing.
1. You get an automated response, and if you don't take notes, you will get lost because they never indicate which offer they are responding to.
2. They tell you "our records indicate that the diamonds were awarded" False! Why would I take the time to submit a report?
3. After you reply, their next response is: If you have further questions please reply to this e-mail, and then they never get back to you no matter how many times you reply to same e-mail.
$. Report each and every incident to Better Business Bureau and also Big Blue Blue Bubble or who ever designed the app you are playing
Mobile apps are supposed to fun, not a headache especially after you spend real money for fake money to play a game.
