I subscribe to Equifax Credit Alert so that I am notified if anyone makes any changes to my credit report. I just got over a fight with Sprint (I won) and so have been watching. Along comes this outfit and posts what I believe might be the same bill. They do not have any telephone listed in New York and so I have no way to contact them by phone. They have NEVER contacted me and so I have no knowledge of what this really is.in the meantime, my perfect credit file is being destroyed by these people.

I have no idea on how to get these people to respond. There must be a law that requires them to at least make some sort of demand on me before they turn me in to the credit bureau.
