Poor Service, Slow Deposits, and ATM Card Arrived After a Month

I have had a account with US Bank for a few months now. I have not had one good experience with them! Customer Service is bad, the mobile app is a joke, they take way too long to credit deposits to your account, and I didn't receive my ATM card till a month after I opened my account. I had to go to the branch 3 times and request a card before I finally received it. I had Bank of America for 6 years prior to this and I'm going back. I don't usually write reviews on anything but I hope this will ditour anyone from opening up a account with them.
