Rip Off

In July American Credit Corp. (ACC) sent out orange postcards advertising the Pheonix Gold Card with a $4000.00 credit limit Gauranteed. I called 1-800-237-1221 to order and spoke to a costumer service rep. She told me that would require my checking account number and a $229.95 processing fee would be withdrawn electronicly. Then i was told allow 4-6 weeks to recieve the card. Septembers bank statement came and (ACC) had withdrawn another $229.95 in August so I closed my account. I was able to get my money back from the second withdraw because I didnt authorize payment. I have called (ACC) several time trying to get my refund and got excuse after excuse. They had sent me a REQUEST OF REFUND form which I filled out and sent back in October, havent heard from them since. Last I knew the (ACC) has moved its operation to Florida, thats where my bank had a money trace.
