Ripoff never returned calls or any informatio

I was originaly contacted by Carolyn Wrazen, and once they got my credit card number i never heard from them again after a period of time i contacted them and they claimed ignorance as to the fact that i had not received anything from them. Again they were suspose to send me another packet and i have yet to receive anything.
