How shall I begin this...

Fact 1. We signed our contract Oct
Fact 2. Home didn't get moved till November 29 or so.
Fact 3. Mortgage due Dec 1st.
Fact 4. We didn't move into our home till Dec 31 (and we've been harassed ever since.)
Fact 5. Yes, we're late by 2 months.
Fact 6. We have not received any LETTERS telling us what amount is due, only a PRIVACY Statement letter.
Fact 7. Today the people we pay our lot rent to (they are not even written anywhere in our contract that gives Vanderbilt permission to call them) calls us to inform us to call Mark from Vanderbilt.

Now I want to know when did Vanderbilt start contacting people that aren't listed as a "contact person" in your contract? Who will they call next... Our phone company? Our utility company? Our insurance company?

With Vanderbilt contacting our lot landlord whom isn't listed as a contact person on our contract... Wasn't this a breech of contract???

Anyone with solid suggestions please reply!!! I don't want to read replies about all this being our fault... We know where we're at fault. It's our fault that we chose to finance with Vanderbilt and do business with Clayton homes. The reps at Vanderbilt are soo rude with their holier than thou / better than you attitudes that I refuse to speak with any of them via phone.
