Wrongful withdrawal

I got a call this morning from my bank informing me that direct tv was attempting to take over 500.00 from my account for a bill I do not owe. After getting shuffled around from one to another, I either lost my cell service or was disconnected. Seems to me that an UNAUTHORISED withdrawal is the same as attempted robbery. I mean, how would they like it if I went into their account to pay bills they did not owe. Plus, they said they DID have my account number, which by the way was done without my knowledge, and that is why they tried to get their money from me.in my opinion, they are a bunch of crooked people out to rip somebody off...
