Switch and bait ripoff Dishonest Rude confrontational

Had one of CIT agents sell us a complete processing package. Equitment, support and promotional materal. We got the equitment but no support and no materal. The equitment was not what we were after we already had equitment from our bank. But the extras; free credit cards, internet site development and hosting, advertising and other features were never followed thru on. We called for months the processing company but to no satisfaction then we called CIT and found out that they would not help.

When we got back to the processing company we were told that they went out of business and that the processing end would be matained but not the extras. After some digging we found out that CIT and the original processing company were loosly tied together.

Another interesting note that when we were going to sign the contract, I (the owner) was not avalible to sign the final contract nor give them the contact for the auto with-draw from my bank account. On the contract that was left on my desk for review a week later there is no signiture, nor checking account info. We are still not sure how they got the numbers considering I keep the books with me. When we inquired about that they said they had a comlpeted copy, When informed about the fraud at our end they said so and hung up. As for there collection agency they need to read the laws and guide lines.
