People, i have been through Salliemae's customers service. Their service is good. The fact is that if you just listen to them and be patient and also learn how to comply with what they are saying you'll probably understand their policies. Its a loan program for students. Many students does have loans with it. You can different options for your own concerns. I have my concerns fixed because they teach me how to use the email processing method and until now it works great on me. If I am asking them to do something for me they are doing it properly also. Sometime I tend to not also understand them but I let them repeat what are they trying to say. These people are also working. So lets try not to insult them or cal them names.
