Pressured to Pay Immediately After One Missed Payment

I missed 1 payment, within 2 days of that a representative called and wanted to know when I was going to pay. I explained to her that I couldn't make a payment until my next due date and I planned to make a double payment. Of course this was not good enough, I was to go to Western Union and make an immediate payment or surrender my vehicle.

The car I bought has had the "check engine light" on since I drove it off the lot. I live in NY and because of that cannot renew inspection. Also the mileage is wrong. When cruise control is on, the speedometer and odometer both cease to work.
