In, MA RIPPING OFF customers and profiting!

I worked for Mortgage One Financial, so I know first hand what kind of scheming this company does in order to earn every extra buck by ripping off it's customers. The major issue here is how Bob Tucker tells his customers (via phone conversations) very slyly and deceitfully that they have a LOCKED mortgage rate (for eg., he tells them that they have 6.875 LOCKED for a 30 year term)... This is not true in the least, don't let him tell you differently. He is truly a nut, I have seen him when a customer even remotely pisses him off, he FLIPS out with his hand over the receiver, SCREAMING at the top of his lungs, swearing and wishing that they, "drop dead!" while they talk about something that interests them. Don't take him one bit seriously, or anyone who works there, and don't let them fool you. You are being RIPPED off, getting FLOATING rates over your term. Yet another rip off artist, hopefully to soon be out of business for good! This guy has no morals, let's see that he pays for making good hard working people pay extra.
The customer may never notice the commission that he makes from the finance company, but HE DOES. Over the years that sum of money is HUGE, and I KNOW he hasn't paid taxes on any of that either! We are talking 100's of thousands of dollars I am sure.
