Worse customer service ever!!! I paid off a Sallie Mae Loan 5 months ago. I called to get a piece of paper stated it was paid off because I was getting a home loan. Three different people said they would email it to me. On the 5th day I called back saying I have never received the email. The lady told me they couldn't email me. Worse Customer Service Ever. The people act like they don't care about anything but themselves. Also you can't understand most of the people. They don't speak clearly.
