Ripoff destroying my credit rating AND I KNOW WHERE THEIR OFFICE IS!

Palisades Collections has reported fraudulent information to the 3 reporting agencies. Try calling their contact number (201) 567-2438 and see where it gets you! The phone is answered by a recording which places you in a sequence of numbers - looping you through the company - NEVER to speak with a human being. They do NOT return calls.

My credit reports indicate that I owe ATT Wireless $325. I purchased a cell phone from AT&T in 1995that was defective - even removed by them from the market because it never worked properly. I RETURNED the phone and cancelled my service after 2 days of headaches. I DO NOT OWE AT&T $325!

I don't care how much it will cost - I'm retaining a lawyer to rectify the situation and to notify the Attorney General's offices of NY and NJ.
