Fairbank capital corp the big ripoff

This company is the worst, i was late on a payment by 2 days they
wanted to put me in a repayment program, i said no, they then took the late payment put it on hold and told me nothing charged me late fees. When i questioned these fees they stated that i was to have told them to remove these funds from this hold. This is unbelievable, they then made my mortagage late two months, making it impossible for me to refinance with another company at this time. Beware of this company
