Ripoff

Conseco now known as Green Tree had my home appraised at over 100% of value. Then talked me into a 15 year loan which was quoted at 7 percent then I found out it was 11 percent. They told me that if I found that a 15 year loan rate was too difficult I could change to a 30 year. But when I wanted to do this they were no longer doing this and that they were now Green Tree.

This forced me into a chapter 13 with no hope of getting out from under them. I send my payments in good thing I keep receipts they seem to claim that I didn't pay them. Therefore have to show lawyer proof of payment for Green Tree is forever threating foreclosure. They've done on numerous occasions. I hate I ever heard of this company and am glad no one else can victimized by getting refiance so called help from them.
