Steals Kids' Christmas Budget Louisville Kentucky bogus fines and fees add up to more than 300.00 in NSF fines

I've been a customer at the same bank for years; it used to be Bank of Louisville, but it was bought by BB and T several years back, and short of getting a new bank card, nothing changed...

Until this month. Suddenly, I have more than 300.00 in NSF fees for one month. And apparently, what put me there? Was a 7.99 monthly fee which I've never seen before, and about a dozen "foreign atm inquiry" fees at 2.00 apiece. I have always checked my bank balance anywhere I saw fit, and never had to pay a fee for that! I originally went with Bank of Louisville, because they didn't CHARGE me a fee for TAKING MONEY out of a "foreign atm"- I'd pay the other atm's dollar or two, but my bank didn't punish me. Now all of a sudden I have not only 2.00 fees for taking money out of other atms, but for merely CHECKING MY BANK BALANCE at them!

Now naturally, when I checked each time, I saw money in the bank - or I'd have called them long since and pitched a fit. No, each of these foreign atm fees showed up this week; all at once. And each one after the first one, had a nice 32.00 fee attached to it. I am ruined. I have nothing. I don't know how we'll eat or put gas in the car.

I am taking my business elsewhere and will tell everyone I know that this company has RUINED what used to be Bank of Louisville, and no one in their right mind would ever bank there again after hearing what they've done to me. It's a week before Christmas and I have nothing to buy presents with, while BB&T enjoy my holiday gift budget.
