Rip-off! They take your money then never return your phone call again or return your money

These people offer you the best rates on getting a small business loan. They send you all of this paperwork stating that if for some reason you do not get the loan you will get your money back. What actually happens is as soon as they get your money they don't return your phone calls. Even as far as i have called them 15-20 times in the past 2 months and more than half the times it is a busy signal, disconected, or an automated service that never gives a return phone call.

They have ripped me off for 499.00 which is as they call it is their special plan to help you start a business. It may not seem like a lot of cash but it is quite a blow when trying to start a new business. I am curently in the process of trying to find a recourse against them so that they cannot do it to someone else. Raphael was who i spoke with if that was even his name..
