Ripoff scam

Approxitely on the 25th or 26th of october 04, i contacted financial advisors with an on-line application for debt consolidation for a loan of 25000.00. On 11/2/04 Maria Desantos contacted me by phone to tell me i was approved. Maria Desantos then sent me the terms/conditions with a letter of guarantee with a recit of 1500.00 to pay for insurance to protect the loan. I told Maria Desantos that I could not come up with that much? Marir replied "just send 500.00 and pay they rest when you get the loan check on 11/2/04".

Maria then gave me a person that lives in Toronto, Canada by the name of Lillian Carlson to send the money to via western union. I did that on 11/10/04 and called Maria Desantos back to give the money control number to her via her request. The 500.00 was picked up on 11/11/04 at 4:40pm on that day. Once again Maria Desantos told me that everything was set and the loan check will arrive on 11/12/04 via fedx. That day came NO CHECK. I called the company several times, no answers. I called back on 11/15/04 a few more times, no answers.

Then i gave a fake name and Maria Desantos pick up the phone, I tolder who i was realy and she had a shocked responce. Maria immediately told me she did not handle my account any more and reffered me to her manager Camilla Flowers. Camilla picked up the phone and said that the reason that i didnt get the loan check is that the insurer wanted the full amount paid to send the check. I told Camilla Flowers that I did not have that much money. Camilla said ok the only thing i can do is send a refund check to you with guaranteed delievery on 11/19/04. Well that day came and went NO CHECK to date.

I have complained to the better business bureau and the national fruad protection agencys and the attorneys general of ny. I have letters from all and all say the same no responce from Financial Advisors to date.
