Creative Tech of America Inc work at home ripoff scam

On Dec 29 I received an email from Michelle Turner the Human Resource Director for Creative Tech of America, Inc stated they have some positions open in their Clerical Department stating I would be doing some data entry work for them.

They even gave me some email address of some employees I can contact to see how the job has been working for them. They asked a one time fee of $68 so that they know I am serious with working with the company and in return I will get the training/work materials I needed to get started and my $68 will be returned to me in my second paycheck.

I sent them out a personal check on Jan 4 for the amount of $68 and a contract to start my work. On Jan 7 they stated they received my check and will wait 7 business days for it to clear and will mail out my training/work Materials. I received a cd on Jan 22 and when I put the cd into my computer there was no program. Just an icon from the desk top of the person that copied the cd. There was no instructions on how to get started or the W-4 Tax Form, I-9 Identification Form, health/dental insurance and 401 (k) information I needed to get started.

I have emailed Michelle Turner about this on Jan 22 all the way up until today Jan 31 with no response. I just now found out they was listed on the BBB and didn't know that because now they have a different address which is as follows Creative Tech of America Inc, 3956 Town Center Blvd #116, Orlando, Fl 32837.
