Imperial collections is a ripoff. They are not professional. They have law suits pending against them. I even heard that the company president had to pay a law suit of close to a million dollars for his company sexual harrasment violations involving him and other people of management. They are a bunch of liars. They are never honest. Some say that it is proven that the top three in management ceo, vp, and the executive vp snort cocaine and smoke weed. Maybe contact the better business bureau and have these jerks submit to a drug test.
