Ripoff my wife went on to fill out application and said no thanks when finding out charges and site kept popping up internet

My wife was ohnline checking credit cards when she ran across this site vip aadvantage filled out required information, from the site. After this was done she had decicided it was not the one for us, do to over rated charges. The web site kept asking her are you sure you don't want to rebuild your credit and kept popping up. I had contacted them by phone after finding out we was charged by them through are bank statement. But to no avail am I recieving my money back. PLEASE HELP US!!! THANKS
