Registration Application for Card Processor Huge weekly checks work at home scam Ripoff

I got an application from this company promising "huge weekly checks" if I would send them $50.00 plus $4.00 to send me a starter kit. It was advertised as an "at home business" processing applications for an IndigoCard Debit Card. It had Mastercard on it as well. I called the 1-800 number and inquired if they were registered with the Better Business Bureau. The lady that answered said yes. When I asked how they were listed, she put me on hold, then switched me to another lady. I asked her the same question. She also put me on hold, then the line went dead. After trying to call back for several minutes and getting a busy signal, I gave up. I suspect they are a fraud.
