Rip-off!

We first signed up with this program about September after only paying $149 activation fee. Today, 3 December we noticed two deductions from our account of $99.99 to the same account. I then called my bank to confirm the source of the deductions and it was the same company deducting two amounts from my account.

After numerous calls we have been unable to locate where the money went to and it looks like the monies are lost.in another note after an earlier conversation I was told that my account with them had already been cancelled.
