BANK ONE Ripoff bank one is evil and they have evil that work there

Bank one credit card. Is evil and they ripoff, and hurt the people that pay their accounts. I called bank one to get a pay off on my account. I was giving the information for the 10 day.

I called them on 8-16-04 and got the amount I mailed the payment out asap. They cashed the check on 8-18-04. Paid in full. And the bill was not due till 9-2-04, But now they send me a statement saying I owe them 175.00 more, I have asked why and it's always the same you were late. Huh how was I late, payment in full and before due date. What this is all about is that I closed this account and paid them in full and they did not like that, they wanted to keep charging interest. And they are doing this too many people. And it's time for all this to stop and we can all make a difference. As long as we contiune to file complaints against them and take legal actions, and there is help for us out there.
