Ripoff

I received a phone call on my cellular phone from this company, the name of the man was Andre Miller, and he told me about this great offer that I would pay only $279.00 and I had a guaranteed Master Card and it would be on it's way. I asked a few questions about it and then we scheduled the payment for November 26th.
I then called on November 19th because I would not have the money in my account due to a family emergency as we just received custody of my 4 year old nephew and I'm a college student. I was told that it would be taken off their computer and I would not be charged.

I check my account on-line everyday just to keep my account balanced and saw that on November 29th, the money was taken out of my account.

I called the company immediately to dispute this and the man was extremely rude to me and told me that there was "no record" of my phone call cancelling the request. I asked if there was a supervisor and was told curtly that there was no one in customer service that could help me and that I'd have to wait for the packet or write their headquaters asking for a refund. I then asked if there was a phone number for the headquarters and was curtly told no and hung up on.
That is when I came on-line to check things out and found all the other reports of similar occurences. I went and filed a report at my bank right away, but it could take 30-60 days for the money to be put back in my account.
