Sears broken washing machine - Kenmore Washe

I called to get help with my washing machine and it took several calls to get a repairman to the house. The contractors they work with are none responsive. We had to call 3 time and received 3 different contractors who in the end didn't show up. We ended up finding our own technician. Once we received the repair quote it was for a gear case, clutch and coupling, but since the washer had a ten year warranty on the tub, which wasn't the issue, they didn't want to fix the other items in fear it would void the tub warranty. They will try to find loop holes not to repair your broken item. Stay away from them.
